Derreen Garden

Set on a peninsula at the head of Kilmackillogue harbour and surrounded by the Caha Mountains, the garden at Derreen covers 60 acres. A network of winding paths passes through a mature woodland garden laid out 150 years ago with sub tropical plants from around the world and incomparable views of the sea and mountains.

Healy Pass

Healy Pass is an incredible route found in southwest Ireland between Co Cork and Co Kerry. It is a perfect diversion from the longer Ring of Beara route. The  R457 winds through a desolate, otherworldly landscape, passing between two of the highest summits in the Caha mountain range and rising to 334 metres above sea level.
